Jersey Shore Bungalow Near Beach, Lake to be Auctioned Online. Previews Start This Weekend.

An expanded Jersey Shore bungalow just a few blocks from the beach and a lake will be auctioned online next month with previews starting this weekend. 

Online real estate auction previews begin this weekend for a residential property in Ocean Grove that is being sold in November.

The online preview period for 77 Stockton Avenue in Ocean Grove runs from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Additional previews will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday and Nov. 1.

Online bidding starts at 1 p.m. on Nov. 6 and ends at 1 p.m. to Nov. 12 according to auction website.

The bidding will start at $600,000, according to Bob Dann, a broker with Tranzon.

The property is five blocks from the beach and two blocks from Fletcher Lake.

“The Ocean Grove property is gorgeous. Very charming town and even more charming house. We have our first open house on Saturday, and I expect to have some good interest,” Dann said in an email.

The property is located in a Victorian-era seaside community in Neptune Township, Monmouth County.
